Det visar en studie som letts av forskare vid G\u00f6teborgs universitet.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studien som \u00e4r publicerad i tidskriften Journal of Affective Disorders \u00e4r baserad p\u00e5 286 patienter med \u00e5ngestsyndrom rekryterade fr\u00e5n prim\u00e4rv\u00e5rden i G\u00f6teborg och norra Halland. H\u00e4lften av patienterna hade levt med \u00e5ngest i minst tio \u00e5r. Medel\u00e5ldern var 39 \u00e5r, 70 procent var kvinnor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ocks\u00e5 kronisk \u00e5ngest minskade<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Deltagarna blev lottade till grupptr\u00e4ning under tolv veckor, antingen m\u00e5ttlig eller mer intensiv. Resultaten visar att symtomen av \u00e5ngest f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades p\u00e5tagligt, \u00e4ven vid kroniska tillst\u00e5nd, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med en kontrollgrupp som fick r\u00e5d om fysisk aktivitet enligt folkh\u00e4lsorekommendationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta individer i behandlingsgrupperna gick fr\u00e5n h\u00f6g \u00e5ngestniv\u00e5 vid start till l\u00e5g \u00e5ngestniv\u00e5 efter tolv veckor. De som tr\u00e4nade p\u00e5 m\u00e5ttlig niv\u00e5 \u00f6kade chanserna till f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade symtom p\u00e5 \u00e5ngest med faktor 3,62. Motsvarande faktor f\u00f6r dem som tr\u00e4nade mer intensivt var 4,88. Deltagarna hade ingen vetskap om vilken tr\u00e4ning eller r\u00e5dgivning personer utanf\u00f6r den egna gruppen fick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det fanns en signifikant intensitetstrend f\u00f6r f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring. Ju h\u00f6gre tr\u00e4ningsintensitet desto st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring i \u00e5ngestsymtom, konstaterar Malin Henriksson. Hon \u00e4r doktorand p\u00e5 Sahlgrenska akademin vid G\u00f6teborgs universitet, specialistl\u00e4kare i allm\u00e4nmedicin inom Region Halland och studiens f\u00f6rstaf\u00f6rfattare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Betydelsen av tr<\/strong>\u00e4ningsintensitet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidigare studier av fysisk tr\u00e4ning vid depression har p\u00e5visat klara symtomf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar. D\u00e4remot har det saknats en entydig bild av hur personer med \u00e5ngest p\u00e5verkas vid fysisk tr\u00e4ning. Den nu genomf\u00f6rda studien \u00e4r en av de hittills st\u00f6rsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e5da behandlingsgrupperna hade 60 minuter l\u00e5nga tr\u00e4ningspass tre g\u00e5nger i veckan under ledning av fysioterapeut. Passen omfattade b\u00e5de konditions- och styrketr\u00e4ning. Efter uppv\u00e4rmning vidtog cirkeltr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 tolv stationer i 45 minuter f\u00f6ljt av nedvarvning och stretchning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gruppen som tr\u00e4nade p\u00e5 m\u00e5ttlig niv\u00e5 skulle uppn\u00e5 cirka 60 procent av maxpuls. Graden av anstr\u00e4ngning skulle skattas till l\u00e4tt eller m\u00e5ttlig. Gruppen som tr\u00e4nade mer intensivt skulle ligga p\u00e5 75 procent av maxpuls, med en anstr\u00e4ngningsgrad som uppfattades som h\u00f6g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niv\u00e5erna validerades regelbundet med hj\u00e4lp av Borgskalan, en etablerad skattningsskala f\u00f6r upplevd fysisk anstr\u00e4ngning, och konfirmerades med pulsklockor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Behov av nya enkla behandlingar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dagens standardbehandlingar f\u00f6r \u00e5ngest \u00e4r kognitiv beteendeterapi, KBT, och psykofarmaka. Det \u00e4r dock vanligt med l\u00e4kemedelsbiverkningar, och att patienter med \u00e5ngestsjukdom inte svarar p\u00e5 den medicinska behandlingen. L\u00e5nga v\u00e4ntetider till KBT kan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e4mra prognosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den aktuella studien har letts av Maria \u00c5berg, docent p\u00e5 Sahlgrenska akademin vid G\u00f6teborgs universitet, specialistl\u00e4kare i allm\u00e4nmedicin inom Regionh\u00e4lsan i V\u00e4stra G\u00f6talandsregionen och korresponderande f\u00f6rfattare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 L\u00e4kare inom prim\u00e4rv\u00e5rden beh\u00f6ver behandlingar som \u00e4r individualiserade, har f\u00e5 biverkningar och \u00e4r l\u00e4tta att ordinera.
