Han sade till henne att hon skulle f\u00e5 uppdraget att bli mamma till Jesus – Guds son. Nu b\u00f6rjar ett nytt kapitel f\u00f6r m\u00e4nskligheten. Gud blir m\u00e4nniska och f\u00f6ds som ett litet barn in i v\u00e5r v\u00e4rld.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n


Imorgon \u00e4r det Tomasdagen. Tomas var en av Jesus tolv l\u00e4rjungar. Tomasdagen inleder, av tradition, \u201djulfriden\u201d. Det var ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 Tomasdagen som man fick b\u00f6rja dricka av julbr\u00e4nnvinet och jul\u00f6let \u2013 efter provsmakningen knappt tv\u00e5 veckor tidigare, p\u00e5 Annadagen, ber\u00e4ttar Kultursmakarna<\/a> p\u00e5 sin webbsida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vintersolst\u00e5ndet<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Den 21 december \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 vintersolst\u00e5ndet. D\u00e5 lutar jordaxelns norra del bort fr\u00e5n solen. Vi f\u00e5r \u00e5rets kortaste dag. Efter det blir dagarna l\u00e4ngre och l\u00e4ngre \u00e4nda fram till den 21 juni. D\u00e5 sv\u00e4nger det p\u00e5 nytt och dagarna blir kortare och kortare. P\u00e5 s\u00f6dra halvklotet \u00e4r det tv\u00e4rtom. D\u00e4r \u00e4r det den l\u00e4ngsta dagen och kortaste natten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gl\u00f6ggens dag<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Sedan 1800-talet har vi som tradition i Sverige att dricka gl\u00f6gg. Framf\u00f6rallt \u00e4r gl\u00f6ggen f\u00f6rknippad med julen. Sammanlagt dricker folk cirka 5 miljoner liter varje \u00e5r i Sverige. Ofta ing\u00e5r ett antal\u00a0olika tillbeh\u00f6r, b\u00e5de i och vid sidan av gl\u00f6ggen.\u00a0F\u00f6r att hedra denna dryck firas sedan 2016 Gl\u00f6ggens dag<\/a> den 1 december varje \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adventskalendern<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Den f\u00f6rsta svenska adventskalendern<\/a> kom ut \u00e5r 1932 och var illustrerad av konstn\u00e4rinnan Aina Stenberg-MasOlle. Den f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen som adventskalendern visades p\u00e5 TV var \u00e5r 1961 \u00c5r 1972 s\u00e5 valde man att byta ut programtiteln p\u00e5 TV till det vi kallar programmet idag – julkalendern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
