Gymnasieelever ska p\u00e5 skoltid f\u00e5 tr\u00e4na upp sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att hantera stress och motg\u00e5ngar. De ska ocks\u00e5 diskutera andra s\u00e4tt att t\u00e4nka om sig sj\u00e4lva och andra. \u201dLiknande f\u00f6rs\u00f6k i andra l\u00e4nder visar p\u00e5 goda resultat\u201d, s\u00e4ger forskarna. Tv\u00e5 skolklasser i Lund blir f\u00f6rst ut att testa metoden.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I flera \u00e5r har en forskargrupp vid Lunds universitet, ledd av docent Daiva Daukantait\u0117, unders\u00f6kt b\u00e5de psykisk h\u00e4lsa och oh\u00e4lsa bland unga och hur de utvecklas under skol\u00e5ren. Fokus ligger p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra psykisk h\u00e4lsa och \u00f6ka generellt v\u00e4lbefinnande. Gruppen tar d\u00e4rmed delvis ett omv\u00e4nt grepp p\u00e5 problematiken kring psykisk oh\u00e4lsa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r en vanlig bild att psykiska h\u00e4lsoproblem \u00f6kar bland barn och ungdomar i m\u00e5nga utvecklade l\u00e4nder. Inte minst g\u00e4ller detta bland ton\u00e5rsflickor \u00e4ven om anledningarna inte \u00e4r helt k\u00e4nda. Vi utforskar olika metoder f\u00f6r hur unga kan st\u00e4rkas i sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att bem\u00e4stra livets utmaningar, s\u00e4ger Eva Hoff, docent i psykologi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bli mer autentisk<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r unika, liksom den omv\u00e4rld som omger henne. Men studier och f\u00f6rs\u00f6k indikerar att hj\u00e4rnan kan tr\u00e4nas till att bli b\u00e5de mer f\u00f6rl\u00e5tande och f\u00f6rst\u00e5ende mot sig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r mycket mer mottagliga f\u00f6r negativa signaler \u00e4n positiva. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt riskerar vi att f\u00e5 en skev uppfattning om oss sj\u00e4lva och v\u00e5r omv\u00e4rld. Vi vill tr\u00e4na ungdomar att notera och f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka det positiva, s\u00e4ger Mia Maurer. Hon \u00e4r doktorand i psykologi och den som arbetat mest med att utarbeta sj\u00e4lva kursen och \u00e4ven ska h\u00e5lla i den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Id\u00e9n \u00e4r att inte att g\u00e5 omkring att vara lycklig hela tiden, betonar hon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det handlar snarare om att bli mer autentisk. Med b\u00e4ttre sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nnedom \u00f6kar chansen till att b\u00e4ttre klara av motg\u00e5ngar, stress och oro i livet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flera begrepp \u00e4r centrala i s\u00e5dan h\u00e4r f\u00e4rdighetstr\u00e4ning, bland annat det som p\u00e5 fackspr\u00e5k brukar ben\u00e4mnas coping-strategier. De  innefattar att kunna t\u00e4nka om och agera p\u00e5 nya s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fr\u00e5n statiskt till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsorienterat mindset<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Sj\u00e4lvmedk\u00e4nsla \u00e4r ett annat. Det handlar om att kunna se p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv med medk\u00e4nsla, \u00e4ven n\u00e4r man misslyckas och att peppa sig sj\u00e4lv. Centralt \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att etablera ett f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsorienterat mindset, Med det menas en inst\u00e4llning som leder till att individen k\u00e4mpar mer n\u00e4r det blir sv\u00e5rt eller n\u00e4r hen f\u00e5r negativ feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Motsatsen \u00e4r ett mer statiskt mindset, som g\u00f6r att en individ ger upp s\u00e5 fort hen upplever motst\u00e5nd. Hon t\u00e4nker d\u00e5 \u201ddet klarar jag aldrig, jag \u00e4r f\u00f6r dum eller f\u00f6r svag\u201d. Detta kallas ocks\u00e5 inl\u00e4rd hj\u00e4lpl\u00f6shet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett annat tr\u00e4ningsmoment g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 syn p\u00e5 sina styrkor och hur dessa kan anv\u00e4ndas, snarare \u00e4n att fokusera p\u00e5 hur man kan f\u00e5 bukt med sina d\u00e5liga sidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Positiv sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning \u00e4r mer motiverande och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r mer konstruktivt, visar forskningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effekt p\u00e5 psykisk h\u00e4lsa \u2013 och betygen<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Copingstrategier, sj\u00e4lvmedk\u00e4nsla, positiv sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning och inst\u00e4llningen att man vill k\u00e4mpa h\u00e5rdare g\u00e5r att l\u00e4ra ut och tr\u00e4na upp, enligt forskarna. De har nu utarbetat tio interaktiva lektionstillf\u00e4llen som ska testas p\u00e5 prov p\u00e5 60 16-\u00e5ringar p\u00e5 en gymnasieskola i Lund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskussion och reflektion i olika konstellationer blir ett viktigt inslag f\u00f6r att bearbeta och tillgodog\u00f6ra sig kunskapen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Uppl\u00e4gget fungerar b\u00e5de f\u00f6r dem som \u00e4r ut\u00e5triktade och har l\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att prata och f\u00f6r dem som \u00e4r lite mer inbundna och f\u00f6redrar att reflektera mer p\u00e5 egen hand. Det ska vara ett psykologiskt tryggt gruppklimat f\u00f6r alla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5got motsvarande uppl\u00e4gg har inte k\u00f6rts i Sverige. Liknande \u00f6vningar har dock genomf\u00f6rts i Australien och USA. Resultaten d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n visar att den h\u00e4r formen av tr\u00e4ning har effekt p\u00e5 psykisk h\u00e4lsa. Ocks\u00e5 betygen blir b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>R\u00f6tter i tv\u00e5 forskningstraditioner<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6vningarna som ska genomf\u00f6ras i Lund \u00e4r ingen \u201dcopy paste\u201d utan har utarbetats utifr\u00e5n erfarenheter fr\u00e5n forskargruppen i Lund. F\u00f6renklat sett kombinerar de tv\u00e5 olika forskningstraditioner som inte har anv\u00e4nds tillsammans tidigare, n\u00e4mligen humanistisk psykologi och positiv psykologi.
