Det har varit en l\u00e5ng resa till att bli 54 \u00e5r.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n



F\u00f6rsta tiden som var ett helvete i familjen och som gav mig posttraumatisk stress. Det tog l\u00e5ng tid att reparera min trasighet. Alla \u00e5r av pl\u00e5ga med vansinnig \u00e5ngest, massiva depressioner, psykoser och dissociationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Men allt har ett slut. Jag lever bra i dag. Har en fin familj med tv\u00e5 underbara d\u00f6ttrar som ocks\u00e5 g\u00e5tt igenom mina psykiska problem. Vi har alla kommit ut hela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag arbetar heltid fast\u00e4n jag aldrig ens f\u00f6rest\u00e4llt mig att jag skulle kunna g\u00f6ra det. Ens f\u00e5 ett arbete. Det fanns liksom inte med p\u00e5 min karta n\u00e4r jag var sjuk. Jag skulle sitta under fl\u00e4kten och r\u00f6ka ihj\u00e4l mig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanningen var att jag skulle bli hel. M\u00e5nga \u00e5rs terapi, m\u00e5nga timmar att l\u00e4ka. \u00c5terh\u00e4mtning som var n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig och som fick ta tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag sitter med i styrelsen f\u00f6r Hj\u00e4rnkoll h\u00e4r i V\u00e4sterbotten. Arbetar som boendehandledare och ser verkligen solen i dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e5nga tror att livet g\u00e5r p\u00e5 r\u00e4ls efter att man g\u00e5tt ur psykisk oh\u00e4lsa. Inget kan vara mer fel. Livet \u00e4r ingen rakstr\u00e4cka. Jag f\u00e5r aldrig de svackor jag l\u00e4mnat bakom mig, men uppg\u00e5ng och dalar som \u00e4r ett naturligt tillst\u00e5nd i livet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag lever, verkligen lever och \u00e4r tacksam f\u00f6r det i dag. S\u00e5 ni som finns d\u00e4rute med helvetisk \u00e5ngest och sv\u00e5ra depressioner. Ge inte upp, Kan jag, s\u00e5 kan ni!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
