Nu ska han h\u00e5lla en presentation inf\u00f6r v\u00e5ra riksdagspolitiker om problemen som uppst\u00e5r n\u00e4r man lever i ekonomisk utsatthet. M\u00f6tet kommer att ske inom ramarna f\u00f6r EAPN:s verksamhet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den 28 februari \u00e5ker RSMH Sk\u00e5nes ordf\u00f6rande till Stockholm f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla en presentation om ekonomisk utsatthet inf\u00f6r v\u00e5ra beslutsfattare. M\u00f6tet sker p\u00e5 initiativ av EAPN (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eapn.eu\">European Anti Poverty Network<\/a>), en organisation d\u00e4r personer i utsatthet skriver sina egna motioner. Dessa tas sedan upp lokalt, i riksdagen, och i EU. RSMH Sk\u00e5ne \u00e4r en av EPANs medlemsorganisationer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e4nniskor med psykisk oh\u00e4lsa lever i st\u00f6rre ekonomisk utsatthet och har h\u00f6gre levnadskostnader \u00e4n andra grupper. Den ekonomiska utsattheten \u00e4r ett resultat av samh\u00e4llets organisering och av att skyddsn\u00e4ten fungerar d\u00e5ligt. Forskning visar ocks\u00e5 att ekonomisk utsatthet i sig \u00e4r en starkt bidragande faktor till att m\u00e4nniskor blir psykiskt sjuka. Att leva i st\u00e4ndig stress och otrygghet g\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning om\u00f6jligt. Samtidigt som situationen f\u00f6rv\u00e4rras f\u00f6r personer i ekonomisk utsatthet, heml\u00f6sheten \u00f6kar och f\u00f6reningar som delar ut mat inte har tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r att m\u00e4tta dem som \u00e4r hungriga, s\u00e5 v\u00e4xer f\u00f6rm\u00f6genheterna hos dem som har mest. Sedan 2020 har 99 procent av Sveriges befolkning blivit fattigare, men de rikaste svenskarna har \u00f6kat sina f\u00f6rm\u00f6genheter med 29 % procent. V\u00e4rldens fem rikaste personer har under samma tid f\u00f6rdubblat sina f\u00f6rm\u00f6genheter. (K\u00e4lla: Oxfam).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Bostadsl\u00f6s i 20 \u00e5r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stefan har varit bostadsl\u00f6s i 20 \u00e5r. Med skulder hos Kronofogden och betalningsanm\u00e4rkningar \u00e4r det hoppl\u00f6st att f\u00e5 en egen l\u00e4genhet. Inom RSMH Sk\u00e5ne har vi ofta anledning att undra om makthavarna f\u00f6rst\u00e5r hur h\u00e5rt den ekonomiska oj\u00e4mlikheten drabbar dem som \u00e4r mest utsatta. Om de f\u00f6rst\u00e5r hur m\u00e5nga om\u00f6jliga situationer man befinner sig i dagligen, om de har insikt i hur litet handlingsutrymmet \u00e4r, hur h\u00f6ga kraven \u00e4r, och hur mycket tid och energi som g\u00e5r \u00e5t till att l\u00f6sa problem som ofta \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte blir l\u00f6sta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">L\u00e4mnat in motion om inkomstf\u00f6rdelning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e5gorna \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga och stora att de k\u00e4nns sv\u00e5ra att driva. Fokus hamnar p\u00e5 vad samh\u00e4llet ska kr\u00e4va av personer i utsatthet, trots att vi alla egentligen f\u00f6rst\u00e5r att det inte g\u00e5r att straffa n\u00e5gon ur ett underskott. Fr\u00e5gan om ekonomisk f\u00f6rdelning \u00e4r en av de allra viktigaste politiska fr\u00e5gorna n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller m\u00e4nniskors vardag och livskvalitet. \u00c4nd\u00e5 finns det inte n\u00e5gon plan eller strategi f\u00f6r att hantera ekonomisk oj\u00e4mlikhet, varken lokalt, regionalt eller nationellt. Detta \u00e4r n\u00e5got EAPN vill f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra. I samband med m\u00f6tet i riksdagen har EAPN l\u00e4mnat in en motion d\u00e4r man kr\u00e4ver f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad statistik n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller inkomst- och f\u00f6rm\u00f6genhetsf\u00f6rdelning och att regeringen tar fram en \u00e5rlig oj\u00e4mlikhetsrapport d\u00e4r oj\u00e4mlikheten och dess konsekvenser kartl\u00e4ggs och \u00e5tg\u00e4rdsf\u00f6rslag presenteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDetta borde s\u00e5klart redan finnas\u201d s\u00e4ger Stefan \u201cmen det g\u00f6r det inte, och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00e5ste vi organisera oss och kr\u00e4va det.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Text:<\/strong> Anna-Maria Olsson, RSMH Sk\u00e5ne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fotot f\u00f6rest\u00e4ller Stefan n\u00e4r han \u00e4r ute och representerar RSMH Sk\u00e5ne.
