Att arbetsgivare har lurat in arbetstagaren i en f\u00e4lla om den senare betecknar sig vara lojal till den f\u00f6rre. M\u00e5nga ledare ser inte lojalitet till sina medarbetare som n\u00e5got p\u00e5 topplistan i sitt ledarskap. \u00c4r det dags f\u00f6r en ren\u00e4ssans i s\u00e5 fall?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<!-- \/divi:heading -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p><br>Lojala kunder vill man dock tydligen g\u00e4rna  ha. En googling p\u00e5 &#8221;lojalitet l\u00f6nsamhet&#8221; ger bara s\u00e5dana resultat. M\u00e5nga s\u00e5dana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Amerikanska milit\u00e4ren har ett motto som lyder \u201cLeave no one behind\u201d. Syftet med mottot och att efterleva det till varje pris \u00e4r bland annat att varje soldat ska k\u00e4nna sig trygg. Trygg i att denne inte blir l\u00e4mnad efter skadad f\u00f6r att falla i fiendens h\u00e4nder och g\u00e5 ett grymt \u00f6de till m\u00f6tes. Kamraterna g\u00f6r allt, inklusive att uts\u00e4tta sig sj\u00e4lva f\u00f6r risker f\u00f6r att r\u00e4dda dig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Det skapas en lojalitet<\/strong> till organisationen runt dig eftersom du vet att den som organism \u00e4r lojal mot dig.<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Det finns gott om ledarskapsstoff som handlar om att hur man skapar en motiverande och produktiv kultur. Det kanske skapar lojalitet i sin tur.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Men har n\u00e5gon sett n\u00e5got skrivet eller h\u00f6rt n\u00e5got sagt om hur arbetsgivarens agerande n\u00e4r en arbetstagare r\u00e5kar illa ut p\u00e5verkar lojalitet, motivation och engagemang f\u00f6r hela organisationen i ett &#8221;normall\u00e4ge&#8221; och hur det p\u00e5verkar produktiviteten? Inte jag i alla fall.<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>\u00c4r lojalitet l\u00f6nsamt?<\/h3>\n<!-- \/divi:heading -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Att ta hand om en skadad<strong> <\/strong>medm\u00e4nniska s\u00e5 gott man kan \u00e4r ju \u201cbara\u201d empati och medm\u00e4nsklighet och borde inte beh\u00f6va motiveras ytterligare. Men kan det h\u00e4r till och med vara l\u00f6nsamt om det s\u00e4tts i sammanhanget arbetsplats? St\u00e4rker det lojaliteten till ens arbetsuppgift och arbetsgivare p\u00e5 liknande s\u00e4tt s\u00e5 att b\u00e5de trygghet och produktivitet \u00f6kar?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Ja. En k\u00e4nsla av sammanhang och tillh\u00f6righet minskar stress och minskad stress \u00f6kar produktivitet och l\u00f6nsamhet. Se till exempel l\u00e4nk 2 nedan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>H\u00e4r har du som ledare<\/strong> en fantastisk chans att visa lojalitet till dina medarbetare. Bry dig! Leave no one behind! Pr\u00e4gla din organisation med denna attityd. Lojalitet g\u00e5r precis som tillit tv\u00e5 v\u00e4gar och det \u00e4r ditt ansvar att trampa upp sp\u00e5ret, leda genom exempel och bygga kultur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>Tecken p\u00e5 psykisk oh\u00e4lsa<\/h3>\n<!-- \/divi:heading -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Jag har i s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar som skrivet stoff tryckt p\u00e5 vilka tecken p\u00e5 psykisk oh\u00e4lsa man som medm\u00e4nniska i arbetslivet kan ge akt p\u00e5.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Drogmissbruk utg\u00f6r ett s\u00e5dant tecken. \u00d6verlappet mellan missbruk och psykisk oh\u00e4lsa \u00e4r stort. Det individuella orsakssambandet kan g\u00e5 i b\u00e5da riktningarna.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p><strong><strong>Jag \u00f6nskar<\/strong> <\/strong>att en vaksamhet inf\u00f6r psykisk oh\u00e4lsa och ett skyddsn\u00e4t systematiseras. Om n\u00e5gon \u00e4nd\u00e5 blir drabbad skulle det ing\u00e5 i det systematiska arbetsmilj\u00f6arbetet att gr\u00e4va djupare och att det finns rutiner f\u00f6r det.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Bland annat att man inte stannar vid bara traditionell drogrehabilitering (som var v\u00e4ldigt trubbig p\u00e5 min tid som missbrukare) vid konstaterade problem utan gr\u00e4ver vidare f\u00f6r att uppt\u00e4cka eventuella bakomliggande orsaker.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>&#8211; Allts\u00e5 att det f\u00f6ljer m\u00f6nstret<\/strong> av \u00e4ven interna \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r arbetsskada, vilket psykisk oh\u00e4lsa ocks\u00e5 kan vara och sekund\u00e4rt ett missbruk. Det \u00e4r hj\u00e4rnan som g\u00e5tt s\u00f6nder, inte en kroppsdel, det \u00e4r skillnaden.<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>H\u00e4r har vi ett viktigt utvecklingsomr\u00e5de inom arbetslivet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Om du lyckas kan du ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4dda en medm\u00e4nniska till ett v\u00e4rdigt liv eller helt enkelt att \u00f6verleva. Ett konkret exempel p\u00e5 vad som kan ber\u00f6va din medm\u00e4nniska sin v\u00e4rdighet \u00e4r om denna hamnar i F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassans klor. Ja\u2026 &#8221;klor&#8221;. Se Anna-Maria Olssons artikel i l\u00e4nken nedan f\u00f6r ett av alla exempel p\u00e5 hur F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan beter sig mot sina brukare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Det kommer mer i Vox Vigor om samh\u00e4llets institutionella grymhet mot dess allra mest utsatta. Om vilka konsekvenser det kan f\u00e5 f\u00f6r dom som l\u00e4mnas bakom av dig som chef eller medarbetare. Det \u00e4r inte vackert!
