Eleverna har dock sv\u00e5rare att identifiera skillnader. Ny forskning visar att det kr\u00e4vs mer \u00e4n s\u00e5, framf\u00f6r allt tid och resurser, f\u00f6r att elever med autism ska f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linda Petersson-Bloom har i sin doktorsavhandling unders\u00f6kt vad som f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras n\u00e4r l\u00e4rare och annan personal i f\u00f6rskola och grundskola deltar i insatser f\u00f6r att utveckla kompetensen om autism. Avhandlingen unders\u00f6kte ocks\u00e5 och hur man kan anpassa milj\u00f6n f\u00f6r inl\u00e4rning..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avhandlingen bygger p\u00e5 tidigare forskning och enk\u00e4ter fr\u00e5n intresseorganisationer som visar att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att anpassa utbildningen till barn med autism. L\u00e4rare bed\u00f6mer att de saknar den grundkunskap som beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skolfr\u00e5nvaron bland elever med NPF-diagnoser (neuropsykiatriska funktionsneds\u00e4ttningar) s\u00e5som ADHD och autism \u00e4r h\u00f6g. L\u00e4rare tycker ocks\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r f\u00f6r lite kompetensutveckling f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja den h\u00e4r gruppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013En intervention kan man \u00f6vers\u00e4tta med en insats, i det h\u00e4r fallet en kompetensutvecklingsinsats. Den bestod av sj\u00e4lvstudier i form av filmade f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar, texter att l\u00e4sa samt inslag d\u00e4r personalen tillsammans reflekterade kring vilka f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar de beh\u00f6vde genomf\u00f6ra samt hur de kunde \u00f6vers\u00e4tta sin nya kunskap till sin praktik, s\u00e4ger Linda Petersson-Bloom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e4rarna tryggare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I avhandlingen har hon gjort flera olika studier, bland annat en systematisk \u00f6versikt. Linda Peterson-Bloom unders\u00f6kte effekten av en mindre kompetensutvecklingsinsats p\u00e5 en f\u00f6rskola. Resultatet visade att insatsen bidrog till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar bland personalen men ocks\u00e5 att de som var med \u00f6nskade \u00e4nnu mer kompetensutveckling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I andra delstudier var kompetensutvecklingsinsatsen mer omfattande. Den inkluderade inte bara anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 skolan, utan \u00e4ven elever med autism och deras f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013Det blir f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, till viss del, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r l\u00e4rarna skattar sin egen kunskap. Till exempel k\u00e4nner l\u00e4rarna sig bekv\u00e4mare i undervisningen, blir b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rebygga problemskapande situationer och skapa visuellt st\u00f6d. F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som l\u00e4rare m\u00e4rker g\u00e4ller framf\u00f6r allt \u00f6kade kunskaper, f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade attityder och till viss del anpassningar. Det var sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrarna och eleverna att identifiera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i praktiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klassrummen inte anpassade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brist p\u00e5 resurser, personal och framf\u00f6r allt tid, \u00e4r ett sk\u00e4l som professionella anser p\u00e5verkar deras f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Den fysiska milj\u00f6n r\u00e4cker ofta inte till f\u00f6r elevernas behov. F\u00e5 har till exempel m\u00f6jlighet att avgr\u00e4nsa ett rum eller f\u00e5 grupprum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4rarna saknade ocks\u00e5 att skolledningen deltog i kompetensutvecklingen. I studie 3 deltog all personal p\u00e5 f\u00f6rskolan, detta var n\u00e5got som p\u00e5verkade i positiv riktning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013Kompetensutvecklingen gav en gemensam grund att bygga vidare fr\u00e5n men b\u00f6r ses som en del av ett pussel. Vill vi g\u00f6ra skillnad f\u00f6r de enskilda eleverna beh\u00f6ver vi jobba mycket mer \u00f6ver tid och ha n\u00e4rmare kompetensutvecklingsinsatser som visar hur kan vi anpassa f\u00f6r den specifika eleven, i kombination med en bas av kompetensutveckling d\u00e4r alla som arbetar med\/ undervisar barnen\/eleverna f\u00e5r m\u00f6jlighet att delta. Vi beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 belysa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar eller brist p\u00e5 s\u00e5dana f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 allvar bygga en mer likv\u00e4rdig f\u00f6rskola och skola, s\u00e4ger Linda Petersson-Bloom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Om avhandlingen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEquity in Education for Autistic Students \u2013 Professional Learning to Accommodate Inclusive Education\u201d best\u00e5r av fyra studier: <br>en systematisk \u00f6versikt, en pilotstudie samt tv\u00e5 huvudstudier. Den ena huvudstudien, studie 3, inkluderade en interventionsf\u00f6rskola och en j\u00e4mf\u00f6relsef\u00f6rskola.
